Role Overview & Operational Mission

NX-VIP-115 // MISSION

Provide white-glove bespoke assistance to high-net-worth members of global luxury aviation and hospitality brands. At Nexovia, you will operate from our Tier-1 delivery campus in (New Cairo, Egypt), supporting leading international enterprise brands across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

We provide 100% paid onboarding at the Nexovia Academy, next-generation cloud contact center and AI copilot tools, and a merit-based fast-track promotion pathway.

01 // SCOPE OF WORK

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Scope

Key day-to-day operational responsibilities for role (NX-VIP-115) include:
  • Deliver world-class omnichannel interactions (voice, email, live chat) aligned with client brand tone.

  • Diagnose customer inquiries and achieve high First Contact Resolution (FCR) with speed and accuracy.

  • Document all case notes, customer attributes, and escalation paths accurately inside the CRM.

  • Partner with Pod Team Leaders and COPC Quality Auditors during coaching and calibration sessions.

  • Consistently achieve individual and team CSAT, NPS, and productivity benchmarks.

  • Participate in continuous product training and upskilling workshops.
